Low self-esteem is a misperception of yourself!
Low self-esteem makes us too sure of ourselves – But in a negative way.
We are not born with self-esteem we are raised to have self-esteem.
When we arrive into a family and the first sense we get of who we are and what we are like, comes from who our family/carers treat us and see us.
We tend to mirror those who we look up to. If one of our parents or careers were shy and never spoke up, then the chances are we will do the same.
If we grew up in harsh environment and was treated badly and called names then we would grow up thinking and feeling that they were right. As children we have nothing to compare to, it just is.
Having too much self-esteem is harder to deal with, because those people have no idea of what this causes them or other people, and therefore have no incentive to do anything about it, so having low self esteem is better for you to become the person you were meant to be.
Low self esteem stops you from giving “your all” which stops you from success and fulfillment in your life.
Hypnosis can help you feel differently about yourself and therefore you will start to think differently about yourself.
Therapy is not to make you automatically love yourself or assume you are always wonderful and infallible. It is to help you relax with the negative thinking about yourself and be more open minded about who you are and also fairer to yourself.

So therefore I conduct most of my sessions over a minimum of 3 sessions with upfront payment.
Any session after the initial 3 can be purchased per session.
